Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />'! <br /> <br />Business from the Floor <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 219 <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Hollenborst, tbat Council suapend the <br />rulea and consider tbia the firat and final reading of Ordinance <br />No. 219. Motion carried unanimoualy. <br /> <br />Johnaon moved, seconded by Wingert, tbat Council adopt Ordinance <br />No. 219, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-58 OF THE ARDEN HILLS <br />CITY CODE RELATING TO VACATION 'RATE OF ACCRUAL, AS AMENDED. Motion <br />carried unanimoualy. <br /> <br />Reaolution No. 81-39 <br />Lynden explained tbat the vacation proceedings are being initiated <br />by tbe City Council after determining that it is in the public <br />interest; could alao have been initiated by the developer (Ron <br />Christianaen) . <br /> <br />After discussion, it waa moved by Wingert that Council approve <br />Resolution No. 81-39, INITIATING VACATION PROCEEDINGS AS TO SERVICE <br />ROAD LYING ADJACENT TO HAMLINE AVENUE NORTH AND SOUTH OF WESTERLY <br />TERMINUS OF TILLER LANE. Motion was aeconded by Hollenhorat and <br />carried uaanimoualy. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE PLANNER ORLYN MILLER <br /> <br />Caae No. 81-13, Reconaideration of Setback Variance for <br />Replacement SiRn - Roseville State Bank <br />Killer explained tbat the applicant bas aaked Council to reconsider <br />its previous action wbich resulted in a 2 to 2 tie vote not approving <br />the variance for replacement sign at Roseville State Bank. <br />~ t:, II <br /> <br />Council waa referred to a drawing of the propoaed 3-sided l5'~' <br />internally ligbted. time and temperature sign propoaed to replace <br />the exia ting "ground aign II wbich waa gran ted a 17 I ae tback variance <br /> <br />. <br />
