Christoffersen <br />seid he has probebly filled the maximum et this time. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discuaaion, Council concurred that the property owner be not- <br />ified by letter that it eppeara the property hes been filled to the <br />maximum permitted; if more filling is anticipated, e Speciel Use <br />Permit muat be obteined. . <br /> <br />Improvement No. 80-1, County Road E, Project B, Street Lighting - <br />Reaolution No. 81-30 <br />Christofferaen reported that he hes requested Plenner Miller to re- <br />view the plana end specificetions for the County Roed E street <br />lighting project: noted thet the concrete lighting standarda are <br />specified to be brown in color: suggested thet City proceed with <br />advertisement for bid ea per specs and modify, if neceasary, at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />Miller distributed e memo relative to hia review of the lighting <br />plen, w'ich he reviewed with Council (5-8-81). <br /> <br />Christofferaen noted thet KuDOT has been informed of the City'a <br />desire to coordinste the lighting with the propoaed eignal ayetem <br />( letter of 5-4-S1): reported that one service ia not included in <br />the plene end apece (Fleherty's Golf Tees) because it ia on private <br />property; ahould be edded ao this aervice will elao be underground <br />(eatimeted will coat an edditional $500 - $1000). <br /> <br />After diacuaaion, Hollenhorat moved. aeconded by Johnaon, thet <br />Council adopt Resolution No. 81-30, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFI- <br />CATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT P-SO-1, <br />PROJECT B (Street Lighting).
