MotioD carried unanimoue1y. <br /> Bethel College - Nature Trails License Agreement <br /> Lynden referred Council to letter of 12-24-80 from Warren E.st1und <br /> re suggested modific.tion to the irrevo cab 1e 1iceDse agreeaents. <br /> Lynden advised CouDcil that he has DO problem with either of the <br /> suggested changee. After diecuseion, Council concurred with the <br /> chenges .nd authorized Lynden to re.pond on behalf of the CouDci1. <br /> Trinity Lutheran Church - Parking Agreement <br /> HaneOD suggested that a written agreeaent be prepared between <br /> Trinity Lutheran Church aDd the City of Arden Hills for use of the <br /> church parking aree by Hazelnut Park patrons; noted that there is <br /> currently a verbal agreement only. <br /> Council discuesed briefly ways the City could compensate the <br /> church for use of the parking lot.
