F. Jedlicki, In c. , Mound, Minnesota. <br /> McNiesh reported that a Ie t te r has been received from John Kenna <br /> authorizing the Ci ty to award the bid to the lowest responsib Ie <br /> bidder. <br /> Wingert moved, seconded by Hanson, tha t Council award the bid to <br /> F.F. Jedlicki, In c. in the amount of $11,095.00. Motion carried <br /> unanimous ly. <br /> RCWD Proposed Changes <br /> Council was referred to Ie t te r from Lynden (11-6-80) regarding <br /> Rice C re e k Wa te rshe d District Amendments to Rule s and Regulations. <br /> IIfte r discussion; it was the general con cens us of Council to re- <br /> lay its objections to the amended Pules and Regulations to the <br /> Rice Creek Watershed Board of Hanage rs. <br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Hans on, tha t Council adopt Resolution <br /> No. 80-57, expressing Council's concerns and req ues ting contin- <br /> uance of the pub Ii c hearing. 110tion carried unanimously. <br /> REPORT OF VILLACE PLANNER ORLYN }'ILLER (lib s e n t) <br /> Case No. 80-40. Sideyard Variance - 1347 Eide Circle <br />. Council was referred to sketch of lots 1 f. 2, Eide Terrace show- <br /> ing existing h ous e on lot 2 and proposed house on 10 t 1. <br /> Wingert explained that a two-foot side setback is requested for <br /> a portion of the h 0 us e as sited. Noted tha t the north portiOn <br /> of the lot is marsh with an NSP e as e me n t ; e as t side of lot has <br /> an NSP easement; Ordinance 213 requires a 40' setback from both <br /> s t re e t s . 1 twas noted tha t the house on lot 2 is setback 18 ' <br /> from the common 10 t line; houses, therefore, will be 26 ' apart. <br />
