Wingert voting in opposition) . <br /> REPORT OF VILLAGE TREASURER DONALD LAMB (Absent) <br /> Investments <br /> McNiesh reported the following investments by Treasurer Lamb: <br /> . 10-15-80 $225,000 @ 10.5% interest at Northwestern Bank <br /> to mature on 10-31-80. <br /> 10-24- 80 $146,000 at Northweste rn Bank at 13% interest <br /> to mature on 4-22-81. <br /> Crichton move d, seconded by Hans on. tha t Coun ci I ratify the <br /> Treasurer's investments as reported. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ~EPORT OF VlL LAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE Me NIESH <br /> Abatements - Chatham Pa rk <br /> Council was referred to several parcels in Chatham which were <br /> pl atted as parks and open space and to two parcels, out lots A <br /> and B,which were to be dedicated to Ramsey County and School <br /> District 621- McNiesh reported that Lynden advised that out lots <br /> A and B cannot be transferred by means of platting; therefore, <br /> must be trans fe rred by deed to Ramsey County and the School <br /> District. <br /> Wingert moved, se conded by Crich ton, that Co un ci I authorize the <br /> C Ie rk Administrator to fi Ie the appropriate applJ cations for <br /> abatement of taxes. Motion carried unanimous ly. <br /> Payroll <br /> Wingert moved. seconded by Hanson, that Council approve the Pay- <br /> roll as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Additional Election Judges <br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the <br /> list of election judge s as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> November Council Meeting <br /> Winge r t moved, seconded by Hanson, tha t Coun ci I schedule Regular <br /> Council Meetings on November 10 and 24 at 1:30 p.m. and a Special <br /> Council Meeting at 5: 30 p.m. on November 6. Motion carried unani- <br /> mously. <br /> I.U.O.E. Lo c a I 49 - 1981 Lab 0 r Agreement <br /> Council di s cus se d status of negotiations; McNiesh was req ue s te d <br /> to obtain some cos ts for Council's consideration at Novembe r 10th <br /> meeting. <br /> .
