Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Recommendations: <br />A. Closing Hours for Village Parks <br />Council was referred to memo from Woodburn (4/14/80). <br /> <br />Crichton moved that Council refer the melllO to the 'Parks <br />Committee for ita COMments, without prejudice to the <br />CommittEe's recommendations. Hotion was seconded by Hanson <br />and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />B. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clairol!- and Payrol! <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council approve the <br />Claims aud Payroll as submitted.
