Replace with following paragraph: <br />"All minor features which are part of a <br />principal structure, including but not <br />limited to eaves, cornicea, canopies, <br />awnings, open porches, balconies, at~ps, <br />rsmps, fire escapes, and chimneys, may <br />extend three (3) feet into the required <br />front, side and rear setbacks. <br /> <br />Add c. Recreational equipment, picnic tables, <br />uncovered outdoor eating facilities, and <br />clothes drying equipment may be located <br />in rear yards provided these are not less <br />than two (2) feet from any lot line. <br /> <br />Add d.
