Amend as follows: <br />1. Delete Public Uses, City snd ~blic Uses, <br />Other. Insert Public Use. with "5" In <br />all Zoning Districts. <br />2. Two Fa~lily Dwelling - chance to "S" in <br />R-I district. (Crichton, Wingert, Hanson <br />in favor; Woodburn opposed.) <br /> <br />District Requirements. Amend as follows: <br />1. Minimum Lot Area (square footage per <br />Dwelling Unit). <br />Two Family - Delete N/A and insert 14,000. <br />3. Minimum Lot Dimensions (feet) width at <br />Front Building Line/Depth. <br />Two Family - Delete N/A and insert 95/130. <br />6. Minimum Setbacks '(feet) <br />Rear Yard <br />Principal - Add 20** in I-I district. <br />Side Yard Interior <br />Principal - Add 20** in I-I district. <br />Add footnote "** but in no csse less than <br />~ building height". <br />Change "Boundary of Zoning District" to <br />"Boundary of Residential Zoning District" - <br />Delete 40 under the four residential dis- <br />tricts and insert N/A. Change the B-1, <br />B-2 and I-I to 75. <br /> <br />Permit~ed Encroachments. <br />a. Replace with following paragraph: <br />"All minor features which are part of a <br />principal structure, including but not <br />limited to eaves, cornicea, canopies, <br />awnings, open porches, balconies, at~ps, <br />rsmps, fire escapes, and chimneys, may <br />extend three (3) feet into the required <br />front, side and rear setbacks. <br /> <br />Add c. Recreational equipment, picnic tables, <br />uncovered outdoor eating facilities, and <br />clothes drying equipment may be located <br />in rear yards provided these are not less <br />than two (2) feet from any lot line. <br /> <br />Add d. On a corner lot, nothing shall be placed <br />or allowed to grow in such a manner as to <br />impede vision between a height of two <br />and one-half and ten feet above the center- <br />line grades of the intersecting streets <br />within fifteen (15) feet of the inter- <br />sectius street rights-of-way. <br /> <br />P. 3-6 (a) 2.
