Crepeau Jr., Councilmen Robert <br />Woodburn, James Wingert, Charlie Crichton, Ward <br />Hanson. <br />Absen t - None <br />Also Present - Treasurer Donald Lamb, Clerk Administrator <br />Charlotte McNiesh. <br />, . <br /> <br />Business from the Floor <br />None <br /> <br />1980 Vil13ge Appointments <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve <br />the 1980 appointments as attached. Motion carried unan- <br />moua1y. <br /> <br />Oaths of Office <br />Mayor Crepeau administered the oaths of office to Treasurer <br />Donald Lamb and Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh. <br /> <br />Resolutions re Village Depositories and Telephone Transfer <br />of.Funds <br />Hanaon moved, seconded, by Wingert, that Council approve <br />Resolution No. 80-1, DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORP- <br />ORATE AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seco,nded by Crichton, that Council approve <br />Resolution No. 80-2, DESIGNATION OF ADDITIONAL DEPOSITORIES <br />FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve <br />Resolution No. 80-3, RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY <br />TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1980 Committee Appointments <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve <br />1980 Committee appointments as attached. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 78-23 - Mounds View Hi~h School Special Use Permit <br />Wingert reported that the Special Use Permit has a special <br />condition requiring Council approval of landscaping for the <br />entire site prior to issuing the Certificate of Occupancy. <br />Dr. Christiansen, representative of School District No. 621, <br />contacted Wingert, said school needs space desperately, could <br />have landscape plana ready shortly and requested a tempDrary <br />certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that <br />Council approve issuing a temporary, rescindable Certificate <br />of Occupancy contingent upon landscape approval within 30 <br />days.' Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Water Service - 1257 Ingerson Road <br />Counc11reviewed Johansen memo (1-2-80) re cost to install <br />water service line which was not installed with the Water <br />Improvement No. 68-3 project. Property was assessed $130 <br />for the service line. Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, <br />that Council authorize Emmett McCarthy to install the line <br />at a cost of $728. Motion carried unanimously. It was noted <br />that this does not include restoration of road .urface.
