The network includes over 10,000 subscribed job seekers ranging from entry-level to highly skilled and experienced professionals across a broad spectrum of industries. Employers participate in the network by posting open jobs, meeting with workforce professionals and attending hiring events. Over 200 Twin Cities community agencies, all working with job seekers, participate in the network. Ramsey County's Construction Hiring Connection (CHC) is an online and in -person network dedicated to the construction industry. The Construction Hiring Connection connects contractors and job seekers with employment opportunities, community resources and skills training related to the construction industry. Construction Hiring Connection is a tool for contractors to help meet diversity hiring goals. Over 1000 construction workers, representing all trades, ranging from newly graduated to journey level, are subscribed to the Construction Hiring Connection.
