X. CONCLUSION <br />This report has been prepared to investigate the potential for rehabilitating the roadways in the <br />2026 PMP Street & Utility Improvements project areas and associated work. This report identified <br />the recommended improvements to the infrastructure, provided estimated costs of the <br />recommended improvements, and identified applicable funding to finance the improvements. <br />From an engineering standpoint, this project, as proposed, is feasible, cost effective, and <br />necessary and it can best be accomplished by letting competitive bids for the work. It is <br />recommended that the work be done under one contract in order to complete the work in an <br />orderly and efficient manner. The City and the persons assessed will have to determine the <br />economic feasibility of the proposed improvements. <br />Prepared by: Bolton & Menk, Inc.
