Public Works Director / City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: 2026 PMP — Accept Feasibility Report & Order Improvement Public Hearing <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />$3,300,000 $3,089,000 PIR, Special Assessments, <br />(Proposed 2026 CIP) (Feasibility estimate) Utility Funds, RCWD Grant <br />Council Should Consider <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />• Adopting Resolution 2025-047 Receiving the Feasibility Report and Ordering the <br />Public Hearing to be held on July 28, 2025, for the 2026 Pavement Management <br />Program (PMP) Street and Utilities Improvements project. <br />Backi!round/Discussion <br />At the March 10, 2025 regular Council Meeting, Resolution 2025-025 ordered the preparation of <br />a feasibility report for the 2026 PMP Street and Utility Improvement Project. The proposed <br />improvements include bituminous paving, stormwater improvements, watermain improvements, <br />sanitary sewer improvements, spot concrete curb and gutter repair, and trail improvements on <br />and surrounding areas of: <br />Streets proposed for reclamation: <br />• Karth Lake Drive from the west cul-de-sac to Pleasant Drive <br />• Pleasant Drive from Amble Drive to the north cul-de-sac <br />• Pleasant Circle from the west cul-de-sac to Lexington Avenue (CSAH 51) <br />• Amble Drive from Karth Lake Drive to Lexington Avenue <br />• Amble Circle from Amble Drive to the north cul-de-sac <br />• Cummings Park Drive from the west cul-de-sac to Lexington Avenue <br />Streets proposed for Mill & Overlay: <br />• Karth Lake Circle from Hamline Avenue (CSAH 50) to the south cul-de-sac <br />Page l of 4 <br />
