<br />, . <br />. <br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> December 28, 1992 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> ,. <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor sather called <br /> to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; Councilmembers JoAnn Growe, <br /> Dale Hicks, Paul Malone. Absent: Thomas Mahowald. Also <br /> present were: Councilmember-Elect, Beverly Aplikowski; City <br /> Engineer, Terry Maurer; Clerk Administrator, Dorothy Person; <br /> City Accountant, Terry Post; and Recording Secretary, Shar <br /> Foster. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Note was made that the original December 28, 1992 Council <br /> agenda was revised by staff. <br />. MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to adopt the revised <br /> December 28, 1992 agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> (4-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> Councilmember Malone asked that the last paragraph of page <br /> two of the December 14, 1992 minutes be revised by adding <br /> the words "had been received" to the end of the first <br /> sentence, and changing the word "reminded" to "remarked" in <br /> the third sentence. Council agreed to this revision. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to approve the minutes <br /> of the December 14, 1992 Regular Council Meeting with <br /> revision to page two as noted above. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (4-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Councilmember Hicks asked that consent calendar item "4c - <br /> Award Sale of City-Owned Trucks (3 ), Public Works and parks" <br /> be removed from the consent calendar and dealt with <br /> separately under "Unfinished and New Business". Council <br /> agreed to do so. <br />----. Referring to consent calendar item "4e - Approve Payment of <br /> $12,350 to NSP for Electrification of Lift station on County <br /> Road E2 and Cleveland Avenue at Winter Charges", <br /> Councilmember Malone asked how this cost compares to the <br /> estimate previously received.
