CITY HALL <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called to order the Worksession <br />City Council meeting at 4:30 p.m. Present: Mayor Sather, Councihnembers Paul <br />Malone, JoAnn Growe, Thomas Mahowald, and Dale Hicks. Also present were: Clerk <br />Administrator, Dorothy Person; Deputy Clerk, Cathy Iago; City Accountant, Terry Post; <br />Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Parks John Buckley; City Engineer, Terry <br />Maurer; Denny Probst, BRW Architects; Jim Casserly, Casserly, Molzehn & Associates, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Council reviewed options for City Hall and Public Works facilities. <br />Discussion followed regarding the cost of such facilities. Discussion followed regarding <br />the cost of such facilities and the source of revenue. Needs regarding financing such <br />buildings, construction, and location were also discussed. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 p.m. <br />Motion carried unanimously.
