Park Maintenance - 1993 proposed temporary employees <br />(seasonal Park Maintenance workers) shows a 69 percent <br />increase over 1992 estiJnate (not tudgeted in 1992). 'lhe <br />1992 est:il!late includes subsidized Ramsey County work program <br />employee. 'lhe 1993 proposed assumes City not being able to <br />participate in subsidized work program. Approxiltate $3,000 <br />l::Aldget impact. If City had been unable to participate in <br />the j,JJ.'-':jLa.ffi in 1992, and assuming the same number of <br />l1'aI1Weeks for another worker at an unsubsidized cost, the <br />1992 estiJnate would be close to $13,000. A 3 percent <br />increase on this base would be about $13,400. Council <br />direction was to reduce cost by 52.500 in 1993 fram $16,720 <br />to $14,000. <br /> <br />A. <br />
