Hicks said if Council desired, <br />this item could be discussed at a later time. <br /> <br />NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks said he disagrees with the Planning <br />Commission's decision to notify Northwestern College that <br />they are in violation of the City's zoning code for <br />activities on the waterfront. Acting Clerk Iago stated that <br />rather than issue a violation, she and City Planner Bergly <br />will be meeting with representatives from the college in <br />this regard. <br /> <br />CITY HALL SITE <br /> <br />Mayor Sather updated, and promised to keep Council abreast, <br />as to discussions involving a possible property trade of the <br />existing City Hall site for property near West Round Lake. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />Malone moved, <br />at;:/9!30 p.m. <br /> <br />li'/ <br />,ot"\. \_,,-",; <br />" \' \(;.L'!<,' <br />!
