Minutes <br /> transcribed from tape by Recording Secretary , Foster . <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> MOTION : Malone moved, seconded by Growe , to adopt the May 26 , <br /> 1992 agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously ( 4- <br /> 0 ) . <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • MOTION : Hicks moved, seconded by Malone , to approve the minutes <br /> of May 11 , 1992 Regular Council Meeting as prepared. <br /> Motion carried unanimously ( 4-0 ) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION : Malone moved, seconded by Growe to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein. Motion carried unanimously <br /> ( 4-0 ) . <br /> a .
