He <br />added that ln addition to the availability report, an <br />environmental assessment may need to be completed, and it <br />appears to be acceptable for the necessary environmental <br />assessment work to be accomplished under the direction of <br />Arden Hills and Ramsey County. Perhaps the city and County <br />may wish to consider directing that task. <br /> <br />PARK AND RECRF;ATION UPDATES <br /> <br />Councilmember Probst reported that the City recently held <br />the ":flower por..,terlt weekend whet-e volunteers help to beautify <br />1~he Clty wi_th plantings. <br /> <br />Probst announced that t})e Park and Recreation Department is <br />seeK ng Ili:ereRted voLl"nteers to serve as coaches for the <br />Cityfs baseball ~rogram. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ma one as~ed it there lS a trail paving plan <br />for i993. Councllmember Probst answered nOI that the Park <br />and Recreation Capltal I~provements Plan currently proposes <br />trali paving on even numbered years.
