Bergly stated <br />that he has looked at the signage, but has not measured the <br />signs. Bergly noted that Ramada signs simply replaced the <br />preexisting Howard Johnson's signs. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to approve Case #93-07 <br />for an outside food and beverage area at the Ramada <br />Hotel, 1201 West County Road E, with the eight <br />conditions listed above. Motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0) . <br />
