Mayor Sather requested staff to address this issue to the Ramsey <br />County Sheriff's office, <br /> <br />Malone commented that he felt staff needed to once again be reminded that Ms, Person <br />is in charge, Mayor Sather agreed and stated the situation needed to be addressed with <br />the staff member(s) affected and asked Malone to deal with it as personnel liaison. <br /> <br />Probst asked for direction as to his involvement with staff, Should all issues be <br />addressed through the City Administrator? Administrator Person commented as a <br />courtesy she would like to be apprised of contacts with staff, especially of any large time <br />commitment issues; and department heads should be apprised of contacts with the staff <br />directly under their supervision. <br /> <br />Probst updated Council on issues addressed at the joint meeting with various cities and <br />Ramsey County held on April 17, Mayor Sather stated at this time, due to other <br />commitments, he is unable to give the needed time to continue pursuit of the TCAAP <br />property. Mayor Sather nominated Dennis Probst to be the liaison between the City of <br />Arden Hills, Ramsey County and TCAAP, Mr. Probst accepted and Malone offered to <br />assist Probst in making necessary contacts to keep all parties updated on all issues, <br /> <br />Mayor Sather commented he spoke with representatives from Everest Group and made <br />it clear to them that Council had previously directed them to present complete <br />development plans and presenting piece by piece was not acceptable, Sather also stated <br />he spoke with Dan Vaugh and Mr. Vaugh is interested in moving the tower to the <br />TCAAP property if the property became available, There was general consensus that <br />moving the tower from the Gateway Business District would be desirable. <br /> <br />Adjourn: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks to adjourn at 7:28.
