He noted that a two foot <br />reduction in the height of the westerly berm would be <br />appropriate. Bergly explained that the matter of berming is <br />still not resolved, as residents have not come to a <br />consensus on that issuel however, the matter would need to <br />be resolved prior to final approval. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks expressed concern with regard to an <br />existing outlet pipe, measuring approximately 4" in <br />di amet.e':', on the property. He commented that he woul d <br />prefer not to depend on that outlet pipe for drainHge <br />purposes. Bergly Doted Hicks' concern and said that matter <br />would be examined. <br />
