Schedule Worksession Meeting for Tuesday, January <br />19, 1993 at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Administrator Person referred to her January 4, 1993 <br />memorandum entitled "1993 Administrator Backup", wherein she <br />recommended the restructuring of responsibilities of some <br />staff members whereby the responsibility of backup to the <br />City Administrator would be rotated amongst department heads <br />on a weekly basis. She added that, therefore, the position <br />of Deputy Clerk was not included for consideration within <br />this evening's appointments. Council indicated acceptance <br />of the concept outlined within Person's memo. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to approve and <br />ratify the following City appointments.
