<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Arden Hills Council <br /> <br />January 4, 1993 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />SNELLING AVENUE/T.H. 51 CLOSURE <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks reported that Council has recently <br />received a number of letters regarding closure of the <br />Snelling Avenue/T.H. 51 intersection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone commented that one of the letters <br />referred to his remarks made at the December 14, 1992 <br />Council meeting to the effect that both sides of this issue <br />were represented. He clarified and reiterated that his <br />December 14, 1992 remarks, taken directly from official <br />minutes, were ". . in earlier discussions of this issue <br />both sides were represented so Council is aware that there <br />is not unanimous agreement on this issue.... He asked staff, <br />in responding to this particular letter, clarify his <br />December 14, 1992 remarks. <br /> <br />PROPOSALS FROM EVEREST DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Sather spoke briefly with regard to proposals from <br />Everest Development regarding the Round Lake district. <br />Council agreed to discuss this matter at their January <br />worksession. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to adjourn the meeting <br />at 5:25 p.m. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br /> <br />Dorothy A.
