Prediction of exact timing and costs of minor Reserve <br />Expenditures typically will not significantly affect the 30-year cash flow <br />analysis. Adjustments to the times and/or costs of expenditures may not always result in <br />an adjustment in the recommended Reserve Contributions. <br />Financial statements prepared by your building, by you or others might rely in part <br />on information contained in this section.
