Many variables change after the study is conducted that may result in significant <br />overfunding or underfunding the reserve account. Variables that may affect the <br />Reserve Funding Plan include, but are not limited to: <br />• Deferred or accelerated capital projects based on Management discretion <br />• Changes in the interest rates on reserve investments <br />• Changes in the local construction inflation rate <br />Page 4.39 - Reserve Component Detail <br />
