Grading and Erosion Control Permit management — Following City Ordinance Chapter 15 (Erosion and <br />Sediment Control) along with MS4 requirements, construction site inspections are conducted for all land <br />disturbance activities for both residential projects and developments as defined within the ordinance. <br />These inspections ensure that the permit holder is staying in compliance with what is required for <br />erosion control and helps promote water quality. <br />Gopher State One Call locates for structures, sewer main along both City and County roads. <br />• Same details as Water division section. <br />2026 PMP Stormwater Inspections 30 FTE Labor Hours required; 1 FTEs required High Priority.— Public <br />Works will be inspecting all stormwater elements within the 2026 PMP corridor to determine needs <br />while developing and budgeting for that project. The 2026 PMP is located around the Karth Lake <br />neighborhood (inspection maps not currently created). <br />Culvert Rehabilitation at Chatham Open Space —Through inspections, Public Works has identified 4 <br />culverts within the Chatham Open Space that are in need of rehabilitation. The amount of work is <br />substantial and will require planning and budgeting over 2025 to plan for the work to be done in 2026. <br />This should be completed by June 1" <br />Drainage Maintenance near 3270 % Old Snelling Ave to the MNDOT/ Highway 51 ditch will be explored <br />by PW and Engineering in 2025. Depending on the cost of the project, this may have to be budgeted for <br />2026 completion. <br />Carryover Projects from 2024 (Priority scheduling for spring/early summer for these projects) <br />PW will review the missing SAFL baffle within the CB on Glenview Ave that discharges to Valentine Park. <br />(Carryover from 2024) 20 FTE Labor Hours required; 2 FTEs required High Priority. <br />29 <br />
