Attachment C <br />Arden Hills Zoning and Subdivision Code Updates <br />The City of Arden Hills is updating its Zoning and Subdivision Codes to align with <br />the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and modern development standards. This includes <br />clarifying language, reorganizing content, and addressing issues identified by the <br />City Council, Planning Commission, and staff. <br />The City wants your input on development standards that shape the city's physical <br />character such as signage, lighting, landscaping, parking, and more. Your feedback <br />will help guide updates that reflect community values and priorities.
