<br />7:4 c~?-I/t!:> iI Ii-- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of, City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 29, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />~ duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 29, <br />1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hicks, McAllister and Mulcahy (Councilman <br /> <br />Christiansen arrived at 8:30 p.m.); and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br /> <br />Administrator; Dorothy zehm, Deputy Clerk; Donald Christoffersen <br /> <br />of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, City Consulting Engineer; Donald <br /> <br />Lamb, City Treasurer; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, <br /> <br />Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: Our first public hearing on proposed <br />assessments is for Hazelnut Park, Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-83-3. <br />We'll start out by opening the public hearing at this time and <br />ask the Clerk Administrator if we have the affidavits of <br />publication. <br /> <br />MRS. McNIESH: The notice was placed in the mail on <br />August 12 and I have an Affidavit of publication, stating that <br />the notice was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br />Thursday, August 11. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: We'll have our engineer briefly explain <br />the improvement at this ti~e. <br /> <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: Improvement SS-W-P-ST-83-3, Hazelnut <br />Park. The general location is along Cleveland Avenue, south <br />of Stowe Avenue. The subdivision is called Hazelnut Park. <br />It consists of sanitary sewer being constructed from Cleveland <br />Avenue easterly to the existing sanitary sewer in the north- <br />east corner of the plat.
