<br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />February 28, 1983 <br />Page Four <br /> <br />. <br />" . <br /> <br />Report of Use of PilRrim House <br />McNiesh reported that Pilgrim House has reported minimal use of <br />their facility for meetings, have reported four meetings, three <br />of which involved members of their congregation. <br /> <br />After discussion, McNiesh was requested to reiterate the con- <br />ditions under which Council granted deferral of connection to <br />sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Mulcahy, that Council approve the Claims <br />and Payroll, including four checks totalling $10,34&.11, as sub- . <br />mitted.
