Investment interest earnings total $235,284.40 at the end of the second quarter compared to <br />$282,996.43 for the same period in 2024, a 16.9% decrease. Market value adjustments for <br />investments total a loss of $77,087.15 through the end of the second quarter. At the end of 2024, <br />the City recognized a market value loss of $134,579.02.
