Attachment C NARRATIVE FOR SENIOR LIFE MANAGEMENT (DBA Senior Life Management Brokerage, Sort Toss Pack and Odd & Ends Again) The following is information about the business operations for SENIOR LIFE MANAGEMENT, dba ODDS & ENDS AGAIN (retail store) at the 3529 Lexington Avenue South, Arden Hills location. The hours of operation for ODDS & ENDS AGAIN are: MONDAY & TUESDAY (closed to retail, but staff is there putting pricing and putting out new items). WEDNESDAY through SATURDAY, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. SUNDAY, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are up to four people at the location at a given time. And when we have staff meetings, there could be up to 10 people. Sellable produce comes into the store from our SORT TOSS PACK business — we help seniors move and then consign their sellable items in our store. Below is more detailed information about all the pieces of our businesses: SENIOR LIFE MANAGEMENT Senior Life Management is a company that is focused on helping seniors stay independent in their homes as long as possible. OUR MISSION: Creating a plan to navigate through the senior years. • Aging in Place: Remodeling, Handyman, Maintenance Services, Money Management • Regular Visits: Wellness Checks, Snow Bird Services, Mom & Dad Services • Preparing for Home Sale: Painting, Cleaning, Upgrading/Remodeling, Clean -outs • Sales: Selling of Property, Entire Estate Purchase, Leasing, Estate Management • Placement/Moving: Arranging for Moving, Senior Placement, Forwarding Mail The transition from a home and into a care facility can be stressful, and often a very hard decision. Senior Life Management comes into play by taking care of the maintenance items of a home, so seniors and their families do not have to worry about any "honey do" lists. But, what does this mean? Along with taking care of filter changes, home accessibility modifications, and handyman repairs, we go deeper. We have seen it over and over where companies take advantage of seniors just for profit. We would like to see an end to this issue.
