Pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, cities are authorized to accept <br />gifts and bequests for the benefits of recreational services. <br />Discussion <br />The Arden Hills Foundation has donated a total of $1,061.41 to the City of Arden Hills for a <br />new bench located in Valentine Hills Park. Bridget & Patrick Hoye donated this amount to the <br />Arden Hills Foundation.
