ANIMAL AND PET ORD <br /> The Planning Commission approved several changes to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance under Planning Case #94-25. These changes will be <br /> presented to the City Council along with ordinance #300 at the <br /> October 31, 1994 meeting. <br /> 2. MODFSEITE LOT SPLIT <br /> The Planning Commission approved the lot split and consolidation <br /> at 3743 and 3731 New Brighton Road at its October 5, 1994 <br /> • meeting. The City Council will review planning case *94-24 at <br /> its October 10,1994 meeting. <br /> 3. BETHEL COLLEGE-SITE PLAN REVIEW <br /> The City Council approved the site plan for the expansion of the <br /> parking lot at its September 12, 1994 meeting. <br /> 4. ST. KATHERINES UKRAIIVIAN CHURCH-SUP <br /> The City Council reviewed and approved this planning application <br /> at its September 26, 1994 meeting. As I indicated at that <br /> meeting, the access on Hwy 96 and Park dedication still need to <br /> be resolved. Subsequently, M :CT approved a right in only from <br /> Hwy 96 which was rejected by the church. The church plans on <br /> using the N. Snelling Avenue entrance as the main access. They <br /> also sent a notice to the City that the church will provide a <br /> 109‘ park dedication which would consist of the wetland area <br /> present on the site. I will provide a copy for you to provide <br /> to the City Council for discussion. <br /> • <br />
