Economic Development Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> 411 July 21, 1994 <br /> 8 :00 am <br /> Army Reserve Center <br /> 1 . The meeting was called to order at 8 :00 a.m. <br /> 2 . Present were : Jerry Moehnke, Tom Goblirsch, Terry <br /> Nagle, Rob Carlson JR, Community Planning Coordinator <br /> Fritsinger, Planning Liaison McGraw, Finance Liaison <br /> Steele, and Councilmember Aplikowski . <br /> Absent were : Arnold Lindberg, Trygve Egge, Dan <br /> McCallum, Steve Friemuth, and Mary Miller. <br /> 3 . Minutes <br /> Moehnke moved seconded by Goblirsch to approve the June <br /> Minutes . <br /> Nagle moved seconded by Moehnke to approve the May 19, <br /> 1994 Minutes . <br /> • 4 . Monthly Report <br /> Mr. Fritsinger recapped his monthly activities for the <br /> Committee . More specifically the Committee discussed <br /> at length the future plans for T.C.A.A. P. <br /> Mr. McGraw reviewed with the Committee his recent tour <br /> of the T.C.A.A. P . site. He emphasized the importance <br /> of moving forward as soon as possible on the planning <br /> process . <br /> The Committee discussed the type and costs of a plan <br /> for T.C.A.A. P . It was agreed that the City should move <br /> forward with a study now rather than later. <br /> The Committee expressed some concerns about the cost of <br /> such a plan and recommended that the City consider <br /> methods of staging such a study. <br /> 5 . Marketing Packet <br /> The Committee briefly discussed the preparation of an <br /> Arden Hills marketing Packet . Staff indicated that <br /> this was a priority project for staff because of its <br />
