Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />COUNCIL LIAISON REPORTS <br /> <br />Parks <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mulcahy reported a call from a neighbor asking what to do about a <br />monkey in his yard; could not reach C.S.O.; reported monkey is still <br />at large in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Mulcahy said he has slides of a suggested proposal to improve con- <br />ditions on Johanna Boulevard and County Road E from the Highway 51 <br />bridge to Presbyterian Homes, which he would like to show to Council <br />at some future time. <br /> <br />Council was referred to memo from Buckley (7-12-82) relative to use <br />of Ag-lime for pathway from Norma Avenue to Floral Park. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Mulcahy, that Council authorize the Ag-lime <br />surfacing for the Norma Avenue to Floral Park portion of the trail <br />as per memo.
