UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Presentation by Subcommittee on Council Presentation <br /> Harpstead presented a first draft presentation from the subcommittee's <br /> meeting on financial planning and analysis of longer term capital investments. <br /> If at all possible the group may want to use examples that are not related to <br /> current City projects. Harpstead will email Joe and/or the Committee for <br /> futher revision. The presentation will be brought back to the October meeting <br /> for further discussion. If needed it can also be discussed at the November <br /> meeting prior to the November City Council Worksession. Finance Director <br /> Iverson has this presentation penciled in for the November worksession. This <br /> presentation should be first before futher meeting discussion. Sue will <br /> provide the Committee with a draft of the financial plan. <br /> B. Private Activity Revenue Bond Guidelines <br /> Finance Director Iverson reviewed the policy and memo. Need to make sure <br /> these guildlines include Northwestern College. The City is not willing to be <br /> part of a funding source if it is a primary source of funding. May need more <br /> clarification from Bond Council. Ostlund and Iverson will discuss additional <br /> clarification. All changes will be entered.
