(SCI)to sell the communications tower at 1296 County Road F to the City. <br /> Background <br /> • At the March 9, 2010, FPAC meeting, the committee was presented with a proposal from Sand <br /> Companies, LLC (SCI)to sell the 240 foot communications tower at 1296 County Road F to the <br /> City (see attached). The City can prepare a counterproposal after FPAC review and direction <br /> from the City Council. <br /> The Communications Tower <br /> The City commissioned an independent structural analysis of the tower by Ulteig Engineering in <br /> January 2010. The report indicated that the tower is in good condition and has been properly <br /> maintained.
