Continue discussion on developing a TIF policy <br /> TIF White paper was presented by Jeff Johnson. It was determined that it was needed to let <br /> each member review the white paper individually and then talk about it at the next meeting. <br /> B. Long-Term Financial Forecast Model <br /> Kyle Howard and Sue Iverson explained the functionality and features of the newly acquired <br /> long-term financial forecast model. A short demonstration of the model was presented to the <br /> committee, followed up by a question and answer session to determing what information <br /> needs to be gathered for the model. <br /> 4. REPORTS <br /> A. Report from the City Council <br /> Holden provided an update on previous Council actions and activities. <br /> B.
