UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Planning Session For Future Meetings <br /> • The Committee discusses the possibility of creating an In Lieu of Taxes Policy for Non-Profit <br /> companies.They decided that this was not something that the Committee should look at until the <br /> Council has directed them to take further action. <br /> The need to hold a monthly meeting was also discussed.It was determined that monthly meetings <br /> at this point in time were not necessary.It was decided that FPAC would change the meetings to <br /> the second Tuesday of each Quarter,with the flexibility to meet as needed if the council has a <br /> project for the Committee to analyze.2012 meeting dates will be March 13th,June 12th,September <br /> 11 ,and December 11t. <br /> 4. REPORTS <br /> A. Reports from the City Council <br /> There were no reports from the City Council. <br /> 5.
