McNIESH: We have the Certificate of Mailing and
Affidavit of publication for this project on file.

.

MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: This is proposed Improvement No.
SS-W-P-ST-8l-5, which is primarily concerned with the Royal
Hills Subdivision. The general location is Highway lO - the
westerly portion - Briarknoll Subdivision on the north and
Floral Drive on the south and off the chart is Hamline Avenue.
The boundary description follows along the east highway line
of Highway lO, the south line of Briarknoll, through the park
and down through the park, along the centerline of Floral
Drive back to the east line of Highway lO.

The improvement consists of sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer and street. First of all, I'll discuss the sani-
tary sewer. There is an existing sanitary sewer on Briarknoll,
being constructed by the developers of Briarknoll, which
terminates .at this particular point. It is proposed to con-
struct a sanitary sewer from the south end of the cul-de-sac.
