The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Approval of Operating Transfers for 1995 <br /> <br />B. Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar <br />as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained <br />therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited the audicncc to address the Council on any issue not already on the agenda. <br /> <br />Max Stontenburg, 1435 W. County Road, statcd he is opposed to the total reconstruction of <br />Pascal A venue as approved, with full curb and gutter. Mr. Stoutenburg stated that he feels that <br />curb and guttcr will not help the drainage problems on his street, due to the high water table and <br />low land in the arca. Hc continued that he fclt that curb and gutter will only make the watcr flow <br />more profusely, which would not resolve the drainage problem. He also noted that he is on a <br />fixed income and cannot afford the assessments involved with the total reconstruction, as his <br />property has 168 feet of frontage. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted that the 1996 Street Improvement Project Update was on the agenda for later <br />in the evening and that it would be discussed at that time. <br /> <br />No other public comments were made. <br />
