Ie I ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - FEBRUARY 26.1996 2 MOTION: Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the February 12, 1996 Regular Council Meeting minutes. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). CONSENT CALENDAR A. Claims and Payroll B. Adopt, Resolution #96-17, Supporting the Trail Development Partially Being Funded by the DNR Cooperation Trail Program and Naming a Fiscal Agent to the Cooperative Trail Grants Program C. Purchase of Park Equipment D. Amend Transfer of SWM Funds - Perry Park E. Increase in IRS Travel Reimbursement Expense MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). PUBLIC COMMENTS Mayor Probst invited the audience to address the Council on any issue not already on the agenda. Mr. Craig Wilson, 1677 County Road F West, requested a schedule of upcoming utility projects that will be incorporated into the County Road F summer construction. Mr. Wilson wished to obtain any schedule that was available in order to prepare for it. Mayor Probst inquired if the City was aware of any upcoming Northern States Power or telephone company projects. Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator, and Dwayne Stafford, Public Works Superintendent, stated they were unaware of any projects at this time. Mayor Probst stated the City will do what it can to inform the residents of any proposed utility projects if this information becomes known to the City. There were no other public comments at this time.
