IV. Summary <br /> In 2011 and 2012 there were 8,690 emergency services calls to Arden Hills, resulting in <br /> 4,147 hours of call time. The average call time was 29.1 minutes, or about one half hour. <br /> Most of the call time was spent on residential uses. However, a significant amount was <br /> spent on tax-exempt uses as well,particularly for educational institutions,both private <br /> and public. Commercial land uses also account for a significant amount of call time, as <br /> well as streets and highways. Of the sheriff call time,the greatest amount was spent on <br /> accidents,but off-duty employment was a close second. Of the fire department calls, <br /> most were EMS calls. <br /> This is only a brief summary of the information.
