<br />I <br />I- <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 10, 1996 <br />7:30 P.M. - ARMY RESERVE CENTER <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Susan Keirn, <br />and Paul Malone. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Dale Hicks. <br /> <br />Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; <br />Public Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford; Community Development Director, <br />Kevin Ringwald; Parks & Recreation Director, Cindy Walsh; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; <br />City Engineer, Greg Stonehouse; and Recording Secretary, Carla Wirth. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the June 10, <br />1996, Regular City Council meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />B. Old Highway 10 Shoulder Improvements <br /> <br />C. Resolution #96-41, Revising Resolution #95-34, Final Assessment Roll Resulting <br />from Settlement <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Malone made reference to the May 20, 1996 letter from the Ramsey County Department of <br />Public Works regarding their road shoulder paving project and reminder that the City's cost share <br />for shoulder paving Old Highway 10 would be $19,427. He asked ifthe City would only pay <br />75% of that cost. Greg Stonehouse, City Engineer, answered affirmatively. <br />
