" <br /> <br />With regard to the newsletter discussion, Councilmember Aplikowski stated her impression that <br />the Council agreed it would be a monthly newsletter and that the Council had only made <br />suggestions for consideration by the committee. Mayor Probst stated his recollection that there <br />was a general consensus to go in the direction reflected in the minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst encouraged staff to keep the city hall RFQ process as tight as possible. With <br />regard to discussion of the Country Road F name change, Mayor Probst advised it is not the <br />Council's intention to only investigate the notification process, but to also determine what would <br />be appropriate in terms of notification. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the May 28, 1996, <br />Regular Council Meeting minutes and the June 17, 1996, Council Worksession <br />Meeting minutes as corrected. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br />contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
