CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br />. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor, Beverly Aplikowski called to <br /> order the Special City Council meeting at 5:01 p.m. <br />. Present: Councilmemhers Susan Keirn, Paul Malone and Beverly Aplikowski. <br /> Absent: Mayor Dennis Probst, and Councilmember Dale Hicks. <br />. Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; and <br /> Administrative Secretary, Sheila Stowell. <br />. AGENDA ADOPTION <br />.. MOTION: Keim moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the <br /> November 6, 1996 Special City Council meeting as presented. The motion <br /> carried unanimously (3-0). <br />. CANVASS ELECTION <br />. City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger, presented the tahulations for the Municipal Election held <br /> November 5,1996, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />. MOTION: Susan Keim moved and Paul Malone seconded a motion, that Council certifY <br /> canvass of the November 5, 1996 Municipal Election as submitted, declaring <br /> Beverly Aplikowski as a Councilmember for a four (4) year term, and Paul L. <br />. Malone as a Councilmember for a four (4) year term. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (3-0). <br />. ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Susan Keirn seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at <br />. 5:05 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (3-0). <br />. ~~~.
