CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 372 <br /> A MORATORIUM RELATED TO THE PLACEMENT OF SIGNS <br /> On the 13th day of March, 2006, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance #343, <br /> and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. S412.l91, Subd. 4, directed that a summary <br /> of the Ordinance be published. <br /> The Ordinance prohibits placing permanent signs within the City pending a review of the <br /> City's Comprehensive Plan, Sign Ordinance, and Zoning Maps.
