<br />, <br />. ~ <br /> ~~HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 361 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VIII OF APPENDIX "A" OF THE ARDEN <br /> HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE CONTAINING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE <br /> CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills hereby ordains that Section VIII titled <br /> "Miscellaneous/Retail Activities-(Located in Chapter 3)" of Appendix "A" to the Municipal <br /> Code containing the Fee Schednle for Calendar year 2005 is hereby amended by deleting <br /> the following provisions relating to Massage Parlors/Sauna; <br />. Massage Per Facility $3,000.00 <br /> Parlor/Sauna <br /> Personal Service License $100.00 <br /> And by adding the followiug provisions relating to Massage Therapy Establishments aud <br /> Massage Therapists; <br /> Massage Therapy Per Facility $150.00 <br /> Establishments (includes annual license <br /> and background check) <br /> Massage Therapist (annual license) $50.00 <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills hereby ordains that these amendments to Section VIII of <br /> Appendix "A" containing the Fee Schedule for Calendar year 2005 are hereby adopted, <br /> and made part of Appendix "A" to the Municipal Code. <br /> Effective Date:. This Ordinance shall become effective the 21 st day of April, 2005. <br />. Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills on <br /> the 11 th day of April, 2005. <br />
