ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 25, 2025 4 <br /> 13. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Rousseau explained she received resident feedback regarding the new Arden <br /> Oaks playground equipment, stating the new equipment was well done. <br /> Councilmember Rousseau reported she recently kayaked down Rice Creek and stated this was a <br /> beautiful experience. <br /> Councilmember Weber stated he received an email from Director Ongstad at Nine North, noting <br /> their fees for service will be going up 3% next year. <br /> Councilmember Holden indicated the 751h Anniversary Committee held its first meeting. <br /> Councilmember Monson reported she attended the community picnic in Cummings Park. <br /> Mayor Grant stated he attended the community picnic as well. He thanked the Lions and the <br /> vendors in attendance for their assistance with this event. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to adiourn.
