Development within the GB District will include uses that <br /> are specified on the Land Use Chart, Section 5(E), and shall comply with the following <br /> devetopment criteria: <br /> Section 5 (M) #3.c.. Allowable Uses Retail or service businesses offering goods, merchandise or <br /> personal services for sale primarily to those employed in the GB District will be allowed to <br /> occupy no more than fifteen percent (15%) of the total floor area ofthe building in which they <br /> are located, Service stations with retail sales services and with a car wash shall be exempt from <br /> this restriction. <br /> Section 5 (M) #3.5. Uses Allowed bv Special Use Permit.. Service stations with retail sales <br /> and services and with a car wash are allowed by Special Use Permit. Such uses shall offer retail, <br /> gasoline, and car wash services and shall not contain vehicle repair bays or offer vehicle repair <br /> services; minor repairs; incidental body and fender work; minor painting and upholstering; <br /> replacement parts and motor services to passenger automobiles and trucks not exceeding one and <br /> one-half tons capacity; major general repair; rebuilding or reconditioning of engines, motor <br /> vehicles or trailers; collision service, including body, frame or fender straightening or repair; or <br /> overall painting or paint job. <br /> Section 5(M)5.a.(3).
