<br /> . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 355 <br /> A SUMMARY <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SERVICE STATIONS IN THE <br /> GA TEW A Y BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> On the 28th day of February, 2005, the Arden Hills City Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 355, and by four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. 9412.191, <br /> Subd. 4, directed that a summary of the Ordinance be published. <br /> Arden Hills Ordinance No. 355 is entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Service <br /> Stations in the Gateway Business District" and will become effective the day following <br /> publication ofthis Ordinance Summary. The Ordinance establishes service stations as <br /> . uses which may be allowed in the Gateway Business District only after approval of a <br /> Special Use Permit. The Ordinance also establishes development standards for service <br /> stations in the Gateway Business District.
